Copyright and Usage
Q. Can I post the work I purchased on social media?
A. Posting to social media for personal viewing is permitted as long as the following conditions are met.
Please submit still images of the work itself and refrain from excessive editing. Please indicate the name of the work and the name of the creator to the extent possible. Please refrain from using for commercial purposes. Submitted images may be used for public relations activities on this website or by the creator.
Q. Can I post the artwork I purchased on my blog or website?
A. Posting on personal, non-commercial blogs or websites may be permitted, provided that the title of the work and the name of the creator are clearly stated and that excessive processing is not performed. Please contact us in advance. Commercial use is prohibited as a general rule.
Q. Can I print and display the artwork I purchase?
A. Yes, there is no problem with printing and displaying the artwork for personal viewing purposes. However, it is prohibited by copyright law to print multiple copies and distribute or sell them.
Q. I would like to use the work I purchased for commercial purposes.
A. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, we will need to ask you in detail about the purpose, scope, and period of use, and enter into a separate license agreement. Please contact us first.
送料・海外からのご注文について
Q. 大型作品や複数購入時の送料は？
A.ヤマト運輸の規格（3辺合計200cm）を超える大型作品や、複数作品をご注文いただいた場合は、送料を別途お見積もりいたします。
商品代金とは別に送料をご請求し、送料のご入金確認後に発送いたします。
Q. 海外から注文できますか？
A.はい、海外発送にも対応しております。ただし、以下の点にご注意ください。
送料は都度お見積もりとなり、商品代金とは別に追加でご請求いたします。
DDU（関税・税金未払い）」方式です。関税・輸入税・通関手数料などの費用は、お届け先の国でお客様にご負担いただきます。
Q. 海外からの注文は返品できますか？
A.恐れ入りますが、海外からのご注文については、返品・交換をお受けしておりません。
海外配送にかかる送料・通関手続き・破損リスクなどの都合により、海外からの返品対応は承っておりません。あらかじめ内容をご確認のうえ、ご注文いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
